Hello, lovely families! I'm thrilled to offer premium family sessions designed to capture your cherished moments in the most beautiful way. Here's what you can expect from our time together: Premium Family Session Details: Duration: Our premium family sessions last for a delightful 1 hour. Outfits: You have the flexibility of showcasing two different outfits during the session. Locations: We'll explore the beauty of two outdoor locations, providing diverse backdrops for your family photos. Edited Images: Following the session, you'll receive 20-25 professionally edited images, ensuring each moment is perfectly captured. Delivery: Expect your edited images conveniently delivered via digital download within two weeks of our session date. Print Release: A print release is included, granting you the freedom to print your images for personal use. Alternatively, you can choose to order high-quality prints directly through me. Session Cost and Retainer: To secure your preferred session date, a $50 retainer is required. This amount will be deducted from the total session cost.The remaining balance is due on the day of our session, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience. Rescheduling and Weather Policy: A $30 rescheduling fee applies for any reason other than poor weather, which is at my discretion as the photographer. Booking Process: To secure your desired date, a retainer invoice will be sent to the provided email address. Please ensure payment is made within 48 hours to confirm your spot in my calendar. Cancellation Policy
Christmas Minis Bounce House Policy & Liability Waiver To help your session run smoothly and safely, please review the following policies before signing: Arrival & Start Time Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so your family is ready to enter the bounce house at your designated start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Shoes & Attire No shoes are allowed inside the bounce house. Socks are required for all participants before entering. Santa & Child Reactions We understand that every child reacts differently to Santa. Please note that there are no refunds for tears, shyness, or fear of Santa. We will do our best to capture genuine moments—whatever they may look like. Injury & Liability Waiver By participating in this session, the undersigned client and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and participation in the photo session. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of slips, falls, collisions, or other accidents that may result in injury. The undersigned client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Westerly Photo Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the session, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All participants enter and use the bounce house at their own risk.
