Hello wonderful families! I'm delighted to offer family sessions crafted to capture the essence of your special moments. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect during our time together: Family Session Details: Duration: Our family sessions are designed to be a delightful 30 minutes, ensuring a blend of efficiency and warmth. Outfit: You can choose one outfit for your session, allowing for a personalized touch to your family photos. Location: We'll explore the beauty of a single location, creating a backdrop that complements your family's unique style. Edited Images: Following our session, you'll receive 10-12 professionally edited images. These treasures will be delivered to you via digital download within two weeks of our session date. Delivery: A print release is included, providing you with the flexibility to print your images for personal use. Alternatively, you can opt to order high-quality prints through me. Session Cost and Retainer: To secure your preferred session date, a $50 retainer is required. This amount will be deducted from the total session cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of our session, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience. Rescheduling and Weather Policy: A $30 rescheduling fee applies for any reason other than poor weather, which is at my discretion as the photographer. Booking Process: An invoice for the retainer will be sent to the provided email address. Please ensure payment is made within 48 hours to confirm your selected date in my calendar. Cancellation Policy
Christmas Minis Bounce House Policy & Liability Waiver To help your session run smoothly and safely, please review the following policies before signing: Arrival & Start Time Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so your family is ready to enter the bounce house at your designated start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Shoes & Attire No shoes are allowed inside the bounce house. Socks are required for all participants before entering. Santa & Child Reactions We understand that every child reacts differently to Santa. Please note that there are no refunds for tears, shyness, or fear of Santa. We will do our best to capture genuine moments—whatever they may look like. Injury & Liability Waiver By participating in this session, the undersigned client and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and participation in the photo session. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of slips, falls, collisions, or other accidents that may result in injury. The undersigned client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Westerly Photo Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the session, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All participants enter and use the bounce house at their own risk.
