Basic Senior Package
Service Description
Embark on your senior year with a one-hour session designed to capture your essence. Enjoy the flexibility of unlimited outfit changes, with a recommendation of approximately 2 outfits. Consider adding in sports uniforms or a prom dress/suit for a touch of personal flair. Included in the Basic Senior Session: Digital Images: Receive 10-15 high-resolution images via digital download. Basic Print Package: (32) Wallets in quantities of eight, up to four poses (12) 4x6 Prints in quantities of six, up to four poses (12) 5x7 Prints in quantities of six, up to three poses (2) 8x10 Prints in quantities of one-four, up to four poses Booking Details: Retainer: A $100 retainer secures your session date, deducted from the total session cost. Balance: The remaining balance is due on your session date. Rescheduling: Sessions cannot be split between different dates. A $40 rescheduling fee applies for any reason other than inclement weather, determined at the discretion of the photographer. Invoice: An invoice for the retainer will be sent to the provided email address, with payment due within 48 hours to secure the selected date on my calendar. Cancellation Policy
Christmas Minis Bounce House Policy & Liability Waiver To help your session run smoothly and safely, please review the following policies before signing: Arrival & Start Time Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so your family is ready to enter the bounce house at your designated start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Shoes & Attire No shoes are allowed inside the bounce house. Socks are required for all participants before entering. Santa & Child Reactions We understand that every child reacts differently to Santa. Please note that there are no refunds for tears, shyness, or fear of Santa. We will do our best to capture genuine moments—whatever they may look like. Injury & Liability Waiver By participating in this session, the undersigned client and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and participation in the photo session. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of slips, falls, collisions, or other accidents that may result in injury. The undersigned client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Westerly Photo Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the session, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All participants enter and use the bounce house at their own risk.
